We Perform the Following (*): Clean or replace customer supplied standard air filter Monitor thermostat operation Check heat anticipator settings Inspect inside cooling coil (clean as needed if accessible) Clean and test condensate drain Inspect condenser coil-clean if needed Inspect blower components-clean and/or adjust as necessary Lubricate all applicable moving parts Tighten all loose electrical connections Monitor air conditioner operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge. Add up to one pound of refrigerant each year (per system) if needed. Measure cooling temperature difference Examine heat-exchanger for cracks or corrosion-vacuum as necessary Clean and adjust burner assembly Monitor flue draft for safe operation Adjust gas pressure as necessary Inspect pilot operation-adjust as necessary Inspect and test safety controls Adjust air flow for proper temperature rise Monitor voltage and amp draw on motors Monitor air conditioning and heating cycles Monitor starting capabilities Apply protective coating to outside unit |
